I never thought of that, concerning something deeper behind the thirst of Christ on the cross. Thanks Jim:)

"When Jesus then saw His mother, and the disciple whom He loved standing nearby, He said to His mother, “Woman, behold, your son!” Then He said to the disciple, “Behold, your mother!” From that hour the disciple took her into his own household.

After this, Jesus, knowing that all things had already been accomplished, to fulfill the Scripture, said, “I am thirsty.”

The view from the hill that day was one of Love looking into His great passion, to birth His bride, to bring Her to life and in doing so quench His thirst. His thirst for what in the past, prior to time had been ordained, a bride for The Son.

To allow this to play out here and now, is to see His passion, to sense, to know His passion, and that is for Him to expresses His Love in a way that will change our world, and all that we hold near and dear. This Love will transform those who enter it for the sake of Love. This Love is what the whole creation is waiting upon. For in this Love His sons will be revealed. It time...

"But a new time is coming. In fact, it is already here. True worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth. They are the kind of worshipers the Father is looking for."
